How to Become a Member of Epsilon Pi Tau

Membership into Epsilon Pi Tau is by invitation from one of our 139 chapters.

If you are interested in joining Epsilon Pi Tau, you must attend an initiation ceremony to be considered a member. Please refer to the Active Chapters page of the web site to verify if we currently have an active chapter at the closest institution to you.

When you have selected a chapter, please email us your contact information, resume, and name of the selected chapter, and we will then forward it on to the Trustee who will contact you to determine if you meet their requirements to be initiated (usually a grade point of 3.25 or higher, or demonstration of professional leadership, etc...some chapters require a higher GPA). If you do meet the requirements, you will be invited to join Epsilon Pi Tau.

If you do not reside within reasonable distance from a chapter, you may be able to be initiated (as a Member at Large) at one of the conferences in which EPT holds initiation ceremonies:

ATMAE (Fall of each year)
ITEEA (Spring of each year)
